1st Vice Chair – Acts as Chair in the Chair’s absence and assists in all presidential duties. Special responsibility: Fundraising.
2nd Vice Chair – Oversees membership matters, including recruitment, engagement, and retention.
Recording Secretary – Records and maintains the minutes of NKCRC meetings.
Corresponding Secretary – Manages internal communications and supervises the Committee’s social‑media presence.
Treasurer – Handles all financial operations and prepares reports required by the Virginia Department of Elections.
